Morning Checks  & Recurent Incident

Morning Checks & Recurrent incident management consist of performing the standard operational procedure available, and producing a report to the Users and IT Management.
As many procedures perform by Production teams, there is room for automation, giving an opportunity to our candidates to practice their coding skills.

Request Management

Looking at the team’s request backlog, each individual has to perform requests with the goal to avoid unassigned cases. Our instructors are acting as the management & business user roles, enabling candidates to work on their communications through mail and request handling.

Incident Management

Using the incident scenarios built by our team, each analyst will be handling end-user incident, working on their troubleshooting, communicating and resolving them. Incident resolution will consist of root cause identification, impact analysis, short term and long term solution analysis.

End of Day Handover

Each resource provides a report on their incident management & team backlog. Our instructors are meeting our candidates to wrap up the day and ensure priorities are set for the next standup meeting.
